Terms and Conditions for Empower Club Coaching
1) Shared Responsibility for results
While Online-Coaching.Coach does its best to help users achieve the goals and results they desire, the sole responsibility for results is always with the client.
There are distinct reasons for this. Primarily that all coaching sessions work on on the mindset of the client, and it is only through change within the mindset of the client that breakthroughs can be achieved.
If the client refuses to adapt and release old thoughts, behaviours, values and other things which their coach deems to be holding them back from achieving the results they desire. Then the client is holding themselves back from gaining results. Thus the responsibility for results is always 100% with the client.
The coach undertakes to help the client to the best of their ability, through the use of coaching techniques. If the client resists, the coach will do their best to coach them through the resistance. However, resistance to change when it exists is the choice of the person resisting the change. So if a client is resisting change then it is their choice, and they must accordingly accept full responsibility for all challenges, discomfort and limitation in results they experience as a result.
2)Communication
Please check in on time, in accordance to the weekly schedule. Use Whatsapp and Calendly Zoom calls for main points of communication.
Please type out your coaching Q’s as this helps us to keep track of everything.
Contact with coaches is to be kept on a pleasant and professional level at all times.
Online-Coaching.Coach coaches are there to help clients achieve their goals and desires. They work diligently to help dreams come true.
As such, the use of profanity, abusive content, bullying, and all other negative or harmful, be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual in nature, and including but not limited to threats whether direct or in-direct, will put the offending party in breach of these terms of service.
If breaching behavior continues after official warnings then the client will be dismissed immediately and will forfit any remaining sessions they have paid for.
Likewise, if clients have concerns regarding the behavior of their coach they are to raise them with Empower club staff immediately. Thus creating an opportunity for effective resolution.
Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, from either coach or coach
3) Payment for Coaching Services
Payment for Online-Coaching.Coach coaching services is always to be made in advance via Stripe or Paypal via the payment facility directed via communications with TBAM Empower Club.
Coaching sessions and calls will never be provided unless they have already been paid for in full. In rare circumstances at our discretion, coaching may be provided, with payment to be made at a later date. In such instances, if payment is late once a date has been agreed, additional fees proportional to the administration involved will be charged.
Where payment plans are required, additional fees may be charged at our discretion.
For regular services, payment is to be made for the month ahead. For example; if two coaching sessions each of two hours are to be held in the coming month, then four hours of coaching must be paid for in advance.
For up-front payments, planning will continue unless 30 days cancellation is given in writing via message or within the call prior to cancellation.
4) Confidentiality
All information provided and photographs for coaching will be confidential.
Photographs are property of TBAM Empower Club once uploaded, and may be used for Social Media & other promotional material. We will always ask prior to sharing any photographs, we can share anonymously if you wish, once we have permission we may repost in the future.
5) Cancel and Refunds
There are no refunds given under any circumstances. If you have to pause your plan please provide information in as much detail as possible, and note there may be a waitlist for return to coaching or a change in coach you are working with depending on availability.
Cancellation for coaching is required 30 days prior to the next payment, if a cancellation is under the 30 day prior to the next payment it will fall on cancellation for the following payment date as the last day of the program.
All 3 month payments conclude 13 weeks and monthly payments are on the day of the payment.
Under extenuating circumstances we can pause the plan for up to 6 months or subject to availability.
6) Holidays and Time-Off
Within every 12 weeks we provide an additional 1 week extra due to reasons such as sickness, holiday, rest week and so on.
7) Liability
Trained By Abi Mak is not liable for injury, all information provided is to be used as education and not in place of medical advice. Please refer to a GP or Physio in need and refer out to professionals for medical assistance.
By accepting terms and conditions on our intake form you accept all of the above.
8) Our responsibility
Trained By Abi Mak And Our Employees promise to maintain high standards for you, acting as your wellness & fitness coach, we promise to be honest, open, straight forward, provide you with knowledge within our scope of practice and maintain a professional client-coach relationship at all times.
We respect your choices and encourage autonomy within our coaching, we do not discriminate based on sex, gender, race, religion, origin colour or any other basis deemed illegal.
